    Packages & Services

    We price our services primarily on the amount of bartenders that will be required at your event. A singular bartender can handle +100 guests at an event, with just basic wine and coolers included. When the addition of transactions, packages, custom drink menus or larger beverage selections that number can drop to 1 bartender per 50 - 75 guests. Our goal is to meet your needs and keep our services running smooth to help make your event as memorable and enjoyable as can be. We at Branded Booze Co want to meet your needs for the best price possible.

    Standard Pricing - $30.00 per hour per bartender

    This includes all the bar tools needed; openers, bar mats, jiggers, cloths, tip jar, square system for transactions, shakers, spouts, and any other item you think will be necessary to have at your event.

    Booking Deposit - $50.00

    Our booking deposit holds the security of your event date so you can be at ease knowing that it will not be taken for the times our services are required.

     

    Basic Bartending Package - Starting at $270.00 

    This package includes 1 professional bartender which covers 4 hours of serving time, set up and clean up of the bar, and all the necessary tools needed to serve your guests in a fast and efficient way. 

     

    Pricing of the package may fluctuate depending on hours of service needed, additional add on packages, and the amount of bartenders needed to serve your event.

    Signature Cocktail Package - Starting at $50.00

    Elevate your event by adding personalised signature cocktails to your menu and creating a fun & enjoyable moment for everyone at the bar!

    In this package you will receive custom picks and choices for your signature drinks, whether it is a Classic Canadian Caesar or a famous Rum & Coke we will make it happen!

    Add on to your package - Starting at $450.00 

    Don't know what you need for your custom cocktails and basic mixed drinks? Leave it to us to do the shopping!

    We offer to supply garnishes, ice, pop, straws, cups, shot glasses, and mixes needed to make your drinks one to remember!

    Signature Mock Tail Menu - Starting at $40.00 

    Do you have guests at your event that may not enjoy an alcoholic beverage? We have a solution for you!

    In this package customise signature mock tails that are not only fun to drink, but are also tasty! We want to ensure all of our guests feel welcomed and taken care of at the bar. We have a wide variety of drink choices to choose from that are delicious and can be customised to match the needs to your event!

    All Inclusive Package - Starting at $1000.00

    Do you not want to have a lot of traditional add on to your package? If so this package is for you!

    This package includes 1 professional bartender which covers 8 hours of work, and the set up and clean up of the bar. A personalised cocktail menu of your choice, as-well as the supply of all the bar necessities needed to serve your event! This package includes the price of supplying everything needed to make your drinks; garnishes, pop, straws, napkins, cups of choice, and shot glasses.

    In this package you can tailor your services. Choose the amount of hours of service you are wanting, the amount of bartenders, customise your drinks, and so much more!

    Add on any package of your choice, or additional add on to make this event one to remember. If you have a theme of choice let us know and we will make it happen.

    Travelling fee - Starting at $0.61

    We travel within Grande Prairie, AB of 75 kilometres without the fee, any kilometre after the initial 75 kilometres will be $0.61 per kilometre to the event and back.

    Additional Bartenders - Starting at $270.00

    Is your event larger than 75 guests? Let us help you! With the addition of a second bartender it will help the flow of the bar become quicker, insuring quick & quality service to all your guests!

    Bar Set Up - Starting at $140.00

    Do you find yourself short of a bar? Do not worry we have you set! We have a beautiful functional bar that will fit in any area that is provided. With a modern look and a rustic touch our bar will suit any event!

    Let Us Do The Shopping - Starting at $450.00

    Do you not know what types of mixers or garnishes you need for your drinks? Let us do the shopping for you! 

    ​

    We understand the stress of having to figure out the numbers needed for all the items for the bar, let us take the stress away and do it for you!

    This price includes garnishes, pop, straws, napkins, cups, and shot glasses. 

    NOTE - Price can fluctuate depending on the amount of guests, types of drinks wanted, if you are only wanting certain items supplied (cups and garnishes) or if you'd like more supplied.

    The Shot Ski - Starting at $50.00

    Do you want to add a unique and fun twist on the shots you and your guests take? Look no further! The shot ski adds an interactive way to take a shot and is a great icebreaker for any event!

    The Shot Tray/Cart - Starting at $40.00

    The shot cart and tray enhances the party atmosphere of any event. With your choice to customise your shots we will hand deliver them around the event at the time you choose.

    NOTE - Price includes the supply of shot glasses

    Champagne Tower - Starting at $90.00 

    This tower adds a touch of sophistication and luxury to your event. A tower of 30 or 50 plastic champagne glasses will be stacked in the location of your choice and will be a great addition to any event.

    Need Help With Clean Up During Your Event? - Starting at $170.00 

    Do you not want to have lots of clean up at your event the day after? Let us help!​​

     

    With the add on of our clean up crew member we will have your event tidy and organised by the end of the evening. Our clean up crew member will patrol around the event to clean up empty cans, stray cups, and odd garbage laying around to make the clean up process the day after a breeze.

    Tips 

    ​​​Our bartenders also enjoy the opportunity to receive tips for good service, we supply a square and tablet for seamless transactions and a tip jar. If tipping is not a good option for your event let us know!  We simply ask for a gratuity of $10.00 per hour of liquor service for each bartender.
